The promoter families have been in the paper trade business since the early 1960s over two generations spanning more than 60 years.
MPC was registered in 1975, dealing in the distribution of Paper & Paperboards with its principal place of business in Mumbai and offices in Ahmedabad and Kolkata.
MPC is one of the largest Wholesale Dealers of ITC Ltd. (Paperboards & Specialty Papers Division).
MPC is a Wholesale Distributor of Century Pulp & Paper for their Absorbent Kraft Paper
MPC is certified by the Forest Stewardship CouncilTM certification system for trading of Papers and Paperboards certified FSC Mix, FSC Recycled & FSC Controlled Wood.
KS Development Corporation (KSDC) an associate concern, serves select markets with ITC Paper & Boards from Kolkata.
Our business is mainly divided into five segments i.e. Paperboards, Absorbent Kraft, Décor Papers, Specialty Papers and Paper Boards for Plastic Substitution.
For Paperboards, MPC’s principal ITC Limited, is the market leader in India, across all carton consuming segments, including Cigarettes, Foods, Beverages, Pharma, Personal care products. The profile includes Coated Folding Boxboards, Solid Bleach Sulphate Boards, Recycled Boards, Liquid Packaging Boards, etc.
For Absorbent Kraft, MPC is a pan India dealer for Century. Looking at the vintage of MPC, this division was specifically started by Century with a dedicated facility.
For Décor Paper, MPC is the largest dealer for ITC, with a 50% share of the business.
For Specialty Paper segment includes Tissues, Tipping Base, Printed Tipping papers, Metalizing Base, Superfine Printing, Flowrap, Anti-rust, etc.
For Paper Boards for Plastic Substitution, ITC has developed several new products and variants to meet specific industry & customer needs. One of them includes substitutes for Single-Use Plastic, which has resulted in an enriched range of products offering superior solutions to a wide cross-section of customers.

Our customers include leading carton producers and printers, decorative laminate manufacturers, publishers, and so on. The customer profile is varied with over 200+ customers.
Most of these customers are major Laminate manufacturers, Printers, and Converters for large companies like Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Nestle Ltd., Colgate, Pernord Ricard, J&J, GSK, Godrej, Patanjali etc.
